The Wizard of Oz is one of those movies! My mother remembers when it was first released, and whenever it played on television (in the sixties), she would let us stay up late and make us cinnamon toast. And my two girls . . . Halloween . . . Ruby Red Slippers . . . sound familiar? We all have our Dorothy memories, yet somehow I wonder why our family pet is a Cairn Terrier?
